What is a Culture House "sending partner"?
A Culture House sending partner is a company or organization which is offering Culture House programs on their website through the Culture House interface.
Do sending partners have to pay any fee to start offering the Culture House programs?
No, sending partners are never charged with any fee. Joining is completely free.
How much is the commission sending partners get for offering Culture House on their website?
The partner commission is 10% of the program price as displayed in the application form for new partners. When the number of applications increases, the commission percentage will increase as well.
I am a Culture House sending partner; how and when does my organization receives it's commission?
When the total of commission to be paid exceeds $200, the commission will be transferred to the partners bank account during the first week of the next month. In this case, Culture House will take care of any bank transfer fees. If the total commission is less then $200, Culture House can still transfer the amount, however the transfer fees will deducted from the total amount.
Can any organization or company become a Culture House partner?
Yes, any organization can apply to become a Culture House partner. However, we do have the right to refuse any partnership when we see fit.
Does Culture House accept participants who directly contact Culture House in order to book a program?
No, Culture House works exclusively with it's partners.
Are Culture House sending partners allowed to choose which programs they sell on their website?
No, when a sending partner integrates our interface into their website, all Culture House experiences will be available through that interface.
What happens if a visitor on my organizations web site has a question regarding the program which we can't answer since we don't know all the program details.
The Culture House interface comes with a built-in contact page on which any visitor can send messages to us, we will answer all questions within 12 hours maximum.
